Nancy Goldberg assumed the role of JPAC Chair for the 2007-08 Term in March 2007. She has been an active member of our Board for many years and brings a love of giving back to her community to this new role.
Nancy has a firm belief that changing laws can change lives; She has been an advocate with not only JPAC, but also other organizations. She is a Vice President of Jewish Family and Children’s Services of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and Sonoma Counties. In that capacity, she has been serving as the overall Chair of their Public Issues Committees.
Nancy’s main passion is advocacy, and she welcomes this opportunity as Chair of JPAC to speak out for those who can’t at this time of critical need, for people in our Jewish communities and the agencies we represent. Nancy is also on the national board of the Association of Jewish Family and Children’s Agencies and serves as their National Legislative Chair. Other board affiliations are with the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival and the New Israel Fund.
