Dear friends:
As you all know, the COVID-19 crisis has created many more restrictions than we first anticipated. JPAC has made the difficult decision to cancel our in-person Advocacy Day this year. We know that you have made a commitment to advocating on behalf of the California Jewish community and we are incredibly grateful. We are going to be making every effort to continue our advocacy work this year virtually. This means there will be still be opportunities for you to write and send letters to support specific legislation, and potentially setting up Zoom meetings with legislators. We are working out the details and will let you know ASAP.
In the meantime, please cancel your hotel room by April 6 to avoid a fee. If you want to be refunded for your registration fee, please let us know. If you wish to not get refunded and apply this year’s registration fee to 2021, you may do so.
Please stay healthy, and stay tuned for updates on JPAC’s advocacy work in 2020.
Best wishes,
JPAC
